"Joy is someone who sets the tone in any groups she is in. She has empathy in spades, an intuitive understanding, and always has a sympathetic and proactive interest in the lives of those around her. Her energy and encouragement is an inspiration"

Jayne, Circle Member 2023

So, What is a Sacred Circle?

Every circle looks different, depending on the facilitator, and the participants who co-create it. I have written a blog post HERE about what circles mean to me.

Here are some of the Circles I currently facilitate:

New Moon Sister Circles

Monthly Womens circles – meeting near the New Moon.

Purpose:

To be intentional about sisterhood and championing the women around us.

To prioritise time for reflection and self care in the midst of our busy lives.

To re-connect with the rhythms of the seasons and the lunar cycle.

To tell our truth, remember who we are, and understand what we need.

To discover our own power and inner magic.

Sister Circles run in 6 month blocks in Rusthall, Kent TN4. To join the next block (starting in Sept 2025) please get in touch.

‘The Heroine’s Journey – An empowerment Circle for Mothers & Daughters’ â€‹

Participating in a Circle of mothers and daughters – all learning, growing and sharing together is a beautiful way to spend meaningful time with our girls, and to strengthen foundations for trust and connectedness as they enter adolescence.

Circles can help equip our daughters with the tools for a safe, connected, confident journey into womanhood.

If you would like to be part of the next Heroines Journey circle, or if you have a group of mums and daughters and you'd like me to facilitate a circle for you - just get in touch!

These circles are inspired by the work of Melia Keeton-Digby. They are currently open to girls aged 9-11 and their Mums or Grandmas.

If you'd like more info please drop me an email here.
